JO's Multiple Sclerosis Journal

Hello and welcome...
...so you want to hear more about MS?

MS changes... all the time... any time... day... or night.
What and how I feel now, may not be what or how I will feel in an hour, a day, a week, or even a month.

It makes having a life kind of difficult at best since there is no way to plan anything.  It affects every aspect of your life and in a variety of ways at that to.  And for this reason, I have tried to make and keep an MS Journal online but just could not find a format that I liked.

I tried a journal but the symptoms come and go and change so fast that it was impractical.  And besides, I couldn't guarantee that I could update it daily.  And given my personality, I would try to go back and catch up.  lol... And there is just no way to play catch-up.

So, I have decided to breakdown the symptoms by systems.  I hope you find it helpful and easy too follow.  If you have surfed through my other sites, you are well aware that I have numerous medical problems and as such I cannot be sure that all the symptoms I talk about are attributed MS.  So to find out how MS affects me... and my eyes... or my ears... or even my mind... follow the links below.

This has been or is one of the hardest projects I have undertaken.  I am a non-complainer and try very hard not to BMC [bi***, moan and complain] but that doesn't portray an accurate picture.  So, if you are a loved one and NOT the one who is sick, then you need to hear the truth.... the whole truth.  What it's really like.  But I don't like doing that.  It only messes up your life to think negative but it is necessary so, please forgive me if I sound petty or small or unforgiving because I am not.

I have also written, and included below, some poems I wrote
about MS and how it affects on me.

You can either follow the next button to navigate through my site or use the links below to skip to certain sites or sections.  Once you have visited a link, the color changes to match the rest of the text so you can tell at a glance if you have pages you haven't visited.  Just watch for those darker words, no telling where they might take you.

One last thing, if you'd like to add my site to your favorites,

because dreams really do come true.  I wouldn't say that having MS
was a dream of mine but having MS has afforded me the time to
make my dreams come true.
