Gathered together are the young and the old
As the Christmas Story is once again told
To celebrate the Christ child's birth
And pray for peace on this earth
Red and green decorations spread all around
With Christmas carols playing in the background
Popcorn sewn with needle and thread
Children tucked safely into bed
Eggnog sprinkled with bits of nutmeg
Candles flickering in a window ledge
Ribbons and bows spread across the floor
Decorated wreath hangs on the door
These are the images of the only night
When reindeer could actually come into sight
All the last minutes chores soon must be done
For tomorrow brings Christmas and such fun
Little ones wake at the crack of dawn
Fresh snow like glitter lies on the lawn
Parents and children gather around the tree
Wondering what each present could be
Soon all the presents are all within view
Toys all shiny, clothes that are new
Everyone's here and so satisfied
Filled with a love impossible to hide

Me

You are listening to Fur Elise written by Ludwig Van Beethoven.
This has always been my most favorites of piano pieces...
...and it has always made me wish I played the piano.
But I played the accordion which is almost like the piano and
you are about to read my poems which are almost like poetry.
All poetry presented here was written by me as original works of art.
Please do not recreate any of them without expressed permission from me.
