The Surf Restaurant

The Surf Restaurant is one of the restaurant's overlooking the ocean. You can't see much because a bigger motel built in front of them but what they offer makes up for it. You can choose to eat inside or out but we have never gone inside. Either place you go has some sort of entertainment. We have always chose to eat á la fresca and have never regretted it.

We have been there when Bruce Tetley and Slim Goody were the nightly entertainment.... both are good but a different style.

Bruce is a laid-back Jimmy Buffet type who wears flowered shirts and sings upbeat oldies and Jimmy Buffet songs.

Slim was more formal with a very rich voice singing Perry Como type music.

Now, the food is excellent! We have had everything from the most expensive entree to hamburgers and everything in between. And it was all great... even the salad.
