and Use ~
Note...
The most common mistake that people make is spelling. All
stationery has to be placed in a folder called Stationery by JO.
That is stationery with an ERY, not ARY.

Special Note!!!
Do not panic if the stationery does not look like how you remember
it. It will NOT be moving. Things may very well be
in strange places. It is all right. Do not attempt to
move or change anything.

How to Write Your Message
OK. Now, just highlight text goes here and begin your message. In
some case, you will need to *activate* a text box by double-clicking
in the text area.
Do
NOT hit backspace or delete to erase because it may change
your stationery, just start typing.

There are several ways to preview your stationery.
Probably the easiest is to mail it to yourself but there are other
options.
1. Open a stationery, click on File then Copy to Folder.
[I choose my Recycle Bin because it empties when I close OE.] Now
find the stationery in the folder you placed it and see the stationery
in action.
2. You can preview it when you open the stationery by clicking the
Preview tab.
If you do not have the Preview tab seen in the screen shot above,
click on the create mail button. When the compose window appears,
first click on Format>Rich Text(HTML).
Now click View button on the toolbar and click Source Edit.
As with anything new, this looks a lot more difficult than it is.
And once you have done it a time or two, it will be second nature.
But if you still need help, just let me know.
How
To Write in Source
Some stationery require that you write your message
in the source. It is not as difficult as it sounds but you
must be careful. The good thing is if you mess up you can
start over by opening a fresh stationery.
My suggestion is to have your message typed and ready to copy and
paste so just in case you make a mistake the first few times you
will not have to retype your message.
That can get
frustrating.
You will need to have the three tabs as seen below on your stationery.
If you do not have the tabs seen in the screen shot above, click
on the create mail button. When the compose window appears,
first click on Format>Rich Text(HTML).
Now click View button on the toolbar and click Source Edit.
Now Click on the Source tab
It will probably look like a bunch of gobbly-gook unless you know
a bit about HTML.
Now find where it says Text goes here.
It will not be highlighted
as below. Now using your mouse either highlight Text goes here
or erase it using your backspace key. Then paste your message in
its place being careful not to remove any of the surrounding characters
as your stationery will not function correctly.
